やる気/motivation
The
most important quality a boss can posses is humility.
Without humility a boss is unable to judge his or her
position in relation to their fellow workers, and most
importantly, towards their employees. With a modest
attitude and without an overblown sense of self-importance,
a boss can relate much more closely to an employee,
who will in turn look up to their boss and respect
them on a more equal level. It is important for the
morale and motivation of the staff that a boss does
not command by fear, but by respect. Conversely, maintaining
this attitude will help any boss create a personal
connection with their staff, which will always encourage
them to behave in a fair and even-handed way towards
them.
