<経験のない労働者を安い賃金で雇う>
I would prefer to hire an inexperienced worker if my
company was having financial problems. An inexperienced
worker can help my company to save money when the
company faces problems with its cash flow. An inexperienced
worker can also be trained to do simple tasks that
more experienced workers may not want to do. For
example, an experienced person may not want to do
filing, photocopying, or answering phone calls but
an inexperienced would not mind. Therefore, it depends
on the type of job and the state of the economy when
deciding to hire an experienced or an inexperienced
worker. (100 words)
<経験豊かな労働者を高い賃金で雇う>
I would prefer to hire an experienced worker because
the company can save time and money on training the worker.
An experienced worker will already have many of the skills
and knowledge needed to do the work. He/she can start
working right away, whereas an inexperienced worker may
take a few months or longer before he/she can really
do the job well. In the end, the money spent on paying
for a higher salary experienced worker will offset the
money saved from not having to train him/her.
