agree with all of the methods mentioned. For me, reading,
walking, biking, or gardening are all good ways to
relieve stress. These methods are all easy to do because
they are free. You only need time and maybe some equipment
but anyone can do it. A more expensive way to relax
is to visit a spa for a good massage, relaxing in a
natural hot spring, going for a good facial, manicure
or pedicure. For older people, perhaps practicing Tai
Chi, or getting together with friends to play Shogi,
Bridge, or Chess. The way to reduce stress is to do
activities that you enjoy and this will help you to
