Gradually,
the world is becoming more and more health conscious.
Many people are attempting to improve the quality of
their lives by making use of good health practices.
There are several ways in which I try to maintain my
own health. First, I avoid self-destructive habits
such as smoking and drinking. Second, exercising regularly
by swimming and biking helps keep me in shape. Lastly,
I try to control my diet by eating more vegetables
and avoiding fast food such as hamburgers. While all
of these habits are good for my health, I still
need more sleep. (96words)
