a lot of money
成功/success
成功する/to be successful
Agree...
Success in this world is measured by the amount of
things a person owns therefore, only people who earn
a lot
of money are truly successful. If a person does not
earn a lot of money they can not buy the things that
they need to prove they are successful to others;
things like a new and fancy car, a beautiful mansion,
a yacht, etc... Money a person earns can buy them
many things. The job that brings them money brings respect
too. People who earn a lot of money often have many
people working for them. These people respect that
person's position as the boss. Since success is measured
by how much a person owns and by how many people
respect them, to be really successful you must earn
a lot of money.

Disagree...
There are different scales by which to measure success. While much of the world
may judge a person's success based on the amount of money they make, many people
think success in life is only equal to how happy a person is. If happiness is
the scale used to measure success, then the person who is happy working at a
grocery store is more successful than the person who is miserable, but making
millions. Having money can buy many things, but not true happiness. Happiness
comes from having a loving family and many friends who you can count on, not
money that must be guarded constantly. To be truly successful a person must be
happy in life, not have a lot of money. (123 words)
