Halloween is held on October 31st. People make Jack O' Lanterns out of pumpkins. Usually they're displayed on doorsteps or in front windows. Sometimes children take them trick or treating. Many people go to fancy dress parties on Halloween. Children like to dress up as characters such as princesses, witches, monsters and Superman. In some parties people also enjoy a certain game in which they have to try and take an apple from a bucket of water without using their hands. The name of this game is Apple Bobbing.
